Quotes are fixed prices based on the information you give us. If the property turns out to be substantially different from what was described, we will contact you before proceeding rather than adjusting the price afterwards.
Cancellations and rescheduling should be given as much notice as possible. Slots cancelled at short notice cannot usually be refilled and may be charged.
We are licensed, insured, and bonded in New York and North Carolina. Report any damage as soon as you notice it so we can resolve it directly.
