Why we work in two places at once

It is an unusual combination, and it started for an ordinary reason: the people who run this company live in both. What we did not expect was how much the two markets would teach each other.

New York forced us to get good at access. You cannot clean an apartment you cannot get into, and in a managed building that means certificates of insurance, service entrances, and a freight elevator window someone has actually reserved. We got fast at all of it because the alternative was a crew standing in a lobby.

The Carolina Triangle taught us the opposite lesson. Homes are larger, floors are older, and the products that are fine on a modern build will dull an original hardwood finish over a year. So pH-neutral floor cleaner became our standard everywhere rather than an upgrade you had to know to ask for.

What we will not do

We do not clean offices or commercial premises. Residential and commercial work need different equipment, different insurance, and different hours, and companies that claim both usually do one of them worse.

We also do not send someone to your home to give you a price. An in-home estimate is a sales appointment with a clipboard. You can tell us the size of the place in a form, and we can tell you what it costs.

Insurance and background checks

We are licensed, insured, and bonded in both New York and North Carolina. Every cleaner passes a background check before their first job. Documentation is available on request, and certificates of insurance go out the same day you ask.
