Tell us as soon as you notice. We are insured and bonded, and we would rather resolve it directly than have you chase it. Photographs help.

Call or text as far ahead as you can. A slot given up with a day's notice can usually be filled; one given up on the morning cannot, so late cancellations may be charged.

No, homes only. Residential and commercial cleaning need different equipment, insurance, and hours, and doing both well is harder than companies claiming both usually admit.

Every two weeks suits most homes. Weekly is worth it if you have children, pets, or work from home, because kitchens and bathrooms take the heaviest use. Monthly works for a quiet one-bedroom, though expect the first visit after a long gap to take longer.

On a recurring plan, yes, wherever scheduling allows. It matters more than people expect — a cleaner who already knows which cupboard the vacuum lives in and which floor to keep dry works faster and misses less.

We will tell you at the quote stage rather than turning up and running out of time. If a standard clean will not cover it, we recommend a deep clean first and standard visits afterwards.

Clearing surfaces helps, because a cleaner who spends twenty minutes moving your post is not cleaning. But you do not need to tidy properly — that would rather defeat the point.

A standard clean maintains a home: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, trash. A deep clean adds everything a routine visit skips — baseboards, door frames, vents, grout, light fixtures, and behind furniture. If you can see dust in places you never normally look, you want a deep clean.

No. We use pH-neutral products on hardwood and natural stone as standard rather than as an upgrade, which matters on the original floors common in Durham and Chapel Hill. Flag anything recently refinished and we will treat it accordingly.

It removes cleanliness as a reason to withhold it. Deposits are also withheld for damage, unpaid rent, and items left behind, none of which cleaning addresses. Take dated photographs after we finish — that record is what settles disputes.

Yes, ideally completely. We can work around a few boxes, but anything still in a cupboard is something we cannot clean inside, and that is exactly where inspections look.

Same-week is usually possible outside peak season. Around the end of August in Chapel Hill and Carrboro the UNC lease cycle books us out well in advance, so give us as much notice as you can if you are moving then.

Drywall dust is fine enough to stay airborne for hours. Clean a surface while dust is still suspended and it lands again within the hour. We work top-down, let the air settle, and repeat.
