Apartment cleaning covers homes under roughly 1,200 square feet, which is most of New York. The cleaning itself is the easy half. The other half is the building — certificates of insurance, service entrances, freight elevator windows, and getting past a front desk that has never heard of you.
Most cleaning companies quote the rooms and then discover the building. We do it the other way round. When you request a quote we ask what kind of building you are in, and the answer changes how the job is scheduled before anyone is dispatched.
If your managing agent needs a certificate of insurance naming the building as additional insured, give us the management company name and we send it the same day. If the freight elevator only runs nine to four, we book the window with the front desk ourselves rather than asking you to.

Do you send a certificate of insurance to my building?
Yes, and the same day you give us the management company name. The certificate names the building as additional insured, which is what most elevator and doorman buildings require before a crew is allowed upstairs.
My building only allows cleaners through the service entrance. Is that a problem?
No, it is normal, and we expect it. Tell us at booking and the crew arrives at the service entrance with the freight window already reserved.
Can you clean while I am at work?
Yes. Most of our New York clients are out during the visit. Leave a buzzer code, a lockbox, or a standing authorization with the doorman and we handle the rest.
Do you cover all five boroughs?
Yes — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Travel time affects scheduling more than anything else, so the further out you are the more useful it is to book a recurring slot.
