Raleigh and Wake County
House cleaning in Raleigh, NC
We clean single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments across Raleigh and Wake County — from downtown lofts to new construction out toward Wake Forest and Holly Springs. We quote by bedrooms and bathrooms rather than square footage, which is fairer on most Raleigh homes.

Why we do not quote by square footage
Square footage is a poor guide to how long a home takes to clean. A 2,400 square foot Raleigh new-build with an open-plan ground floor, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms is faster than a 1,800 square foot older home chopped into more rooms with more fittings.
Bathrooms are the clearest example. They are the slowest room per square foot in any house, and a home with three of them is a bigger job than the floor plan suggests. Counting rooms gives you a price that matches the work.
What Raleigh homes usually need
Most of our Raleigh work is recurring standard cleaning on family homes, booked every two weeks. New construction out toward Wake Forest and Apex often starts with a post-construction clean instead — builder handovers leave more drywall dust than people expect.
Downtown and Glenwood South apartments behave more like our New York work: smaller, quicker, and often booked around a work schedule rather than a family one.

Answers before you call.
How much does house cleaning cost in Raleigh?
It depends on how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have, the type of clean, and how often you book. Send us those details and we will come back with a fixed price by text or email, usually within a couple of hours.
Do you clean homes in Cary and Apex?
Yes, along with Wake Forest, Garner, Holly Springs, and most of Wake County. Recurring slots are easier to schedule than one-off visits at the edges of our coverage.
Do you handle new construction homes?
Yes. Builder handovers usually need a post-construction clean rather than a standard one, because drywall dust settles into every crevice and needs multiple passes to remove properly.
