The building is the hard part
A four-flight walk-up in Bushwick and a doorman tower on the Upper East Side need the same rooms cleaned and almost nothing else in common. One needs a compact kit that goes up in a single trip. The other needs a certificate of insurance on file with the managing agent, a freight elevator window reserved in advance, and a crew cleared at the front desk.

Certificates of insurance
Most managed buildings will not let a contractor above the lobby without a certificate of insurance naming the building as additional insured. Give us your management company name when you book and we send it the same day, directly to the agent.
You do not need to chase it or forward anything. If the agent wants specific wording or coverage limits, they tell us and we handle it.

How much does house cleaning cost in New York City?
It depends on the size of the home, the type of clean, and how often you book. Tell us your borough, the service you want, and how many bedrooms and bathrooms, and we will send a fixed price by text or email, usually within a couple of hours. There is no in-home estimate.
Do you send a certificate of insurance to my building?
Yes, the same day you give us the management company name. It names the building as additional insured, which is what most elevator and doorman buildings require before a crew is allowed upstairs.
